Arna

Born in the 16th century to a Swedish cheese maker, Arna showed exceptional artistic talent by the age of 16. With her art so much in demand she attracted visitors from all over Europe. One of these visitors was an itinerant musician she ran away with and traveled extensively through Europe and the Far East together. He played for Kings and Queens and she did their portraits. She also created landscapes, still lifes and whatever art was called for.
In China, when she was 22, she was pursued by a magician who killed her musician and plotted to possess her for all eternity. After she painted a portrait of the magician and her together he cast a spell making them immortal. Unfortunately, a dragon who also had a thing for Arna destroyed the half of the portrait containing the magician causing him to spontaneously combust. The dragon was slain by Bilbo Baggins in Arna's Middle Earth period and left her alone and immortal.
She returned to Europe and spent time teaching art to such luminaries as Vermeer, Rembrandt, Goya and Rubens. Of course, in those days women were strictly second class citizens in society so no one would credit her for her contributions. Later in France she would join the ranks of Monet, Manet, Gaugin, Van Gogh and the rest of the impressionists to help create the influential artistic movement. She migrated to the U.S. in the 1930s to escape the building tensions in Europe.
In the U.S. she has tried to keep a low profile as being immortal makes people suspicious and jealous of you. She continues updating her artistic skill employing the digital medium to create new and fascinating, innovative art.
